"Dandy Lions" was originally drawn up to help raise money for a group, including my husband and myself, to travel to South Africa. The lion was chosen for its symbol in courage and kingship, but these Dandies took on a bit of a different persona. Each lion developed a unique personality, but still personified our mission so well. "Courage has a lot of different faces, but comes from one stem."
We printed totes for an event, "Art for Africa" and they were a big success. Fans of "Dandy Lions" were made right there and the team of nine were off for two weeks in Cape Town.
